Have 3 eggs at day 16 that look good to me i think.

. Havent had a hatch chick yet as last hatch bombed.
This time have humidity at between 20 and 38 but closer to 25-30 most of the time.
2 eggs i see the air cells and the look about normal for the photos i looked at. but one is all dark or if there is an air cell its very small at the bottom and looks like just the light against the egg .Cant really tell.
Can one be along farther or a bigger chick or somehow covering the air cell somewhat so i cant see it ?(Shipped eggs)
If the air cell is small do they need less humidity or more ? I read about this but forgot where.
I dont think i will dinker with the humidity now , just wondered.
Thanks ahead.

One more question... i have a fan in the bator .Do the eggs need to be moved to different locations in the turner to hatch evenly timewise?I mean some are under the heater and some not Will some hatch sooner than others due to their position in the bator?

With a fan you shouldn't have to, but some cheap incubators don't heat evenly even with a fan and you might have to move the eggs around. Another trick I heard from someone else is to just rotate the top half of the incubator if you have a hova-bator because they are square. If you have a different kind of bator then this wouldn't work though.
