Thank you all for the kind comments. Nice to see people appreciate the care I have gone to to build.
I am going to reduce down to about 10 hens and two roos for the winter. Only one water jug to keep thawed out!!!

We have a tradition here in iowa. If we don't want something but it is too good to throw away, we put it on the side of the road for awhile. Either someone who can use it takes it or the trash man does....either way it is gone.
