MORE Pictures: My two very first chickies!

Thought I would post a few pics of my two little chicks as a little thank you. After all, I owe a lot of my hatching success to this forum with all the available information and the amazing users in here! I had originally more than 25 eggs in the incubator.. only two made it... I live in a real cold adobe house and there is not heat here once the wood stove shuts down. Next hatching will be during a warmer season

Anyways, they are the most adorable little things.. and actually, not so little anymore. They're about 4/5 days when I took the pictures. They are growing so fast! The yellow one is a Buff Orpington, the other Partridge Penedensencesecesenea...

The partridge actually looks like a baby hawk now. Her wings are HUGE with lots of beautiful feathers.

Very cute! Congratulations and good job! I'm not brave enough to try hatching just yet, but stories (and pictures) like yours keep me interested. Someday...someday...
