I might start doing these to keep track of the changing seasons and other odds and ends where I live. Anyone else is welcome to join in as well :)

This was the coldest night we've had this fall. The first frost is getting close.
Low: mid 30s F
Dew: yes
Frost: no
Weather: partly cloudy, interesting formations this morning. These are some sort of Cirrus, so there may be a storm on its way.

Birds this morning:
Cedar waxwing (sighted and heard)
American crow (sighted and heard)
Killdeer (sighted and heard)
Cackling geese (sighted and heard, first flock this season!)
European starling (sighted and heard, invasive)
Dark eyed junco (sighted and heard)
Red tailed hawk (sighted)
Northern flicker (heard)
American goldfinch (heard)
Yellow rumped warbler (heard)
House finch (heard)
American robin (heard)
