Mosquitoes Biting my Bunny!!

I am so upset, I walked my bunny last night and a bunch of mosquitoes were trying to get him. I don't know what I was thinking, but I thought mosquitoes wouldn't bother him since he's furry. What can I do to help him?

mosquitoes will torment ANY warm blooded creature: furred, feathered, and even the cooler blooded scaled ones if they can find an accessible area. Check with your farm supply place and see if there's a rabbit-safe repellent you can wipe on, paying particular attention to the ears, both inside and out. just make sure to not get anything in the eyes, as bunnies don't have tear ducts to wash out foreign substances.
