My chicks were about 2 months when I introduced the nipple waterer. I took them one by one and put their beaks to it. They didn't like that lol, but one figured it out after a few minutes and soon all the rest started copying that one.

I've bought poultry nipples before but had trouble with them leaking. They also don't work well in freezing conditions. I would rather keep the waterers I bought....

I've heard of the stock tank tablets, but bleach would be easier to get to. Is it safe to use? How much?
