Most certainly NOT a Leghorn. What are we??

very odd cross breed

they have chestnut leakage on chest

but then also have slate shanks

earlobes look white

so I would lay my odds on them being EE

and laying green eggs

Well, I know they aren't ees because they lay very light brown eggs. I do have an easter egger though. I just don't know!! A friend of mine who has a little under 30 breeds of chickens seems to think that they have some seabrite in them??

Well sebrights have slate legs but your hen has no lacing or rose comb. I'm leaning more toward an Andalusian mixed with some brown egg layer. Those slate legs are really cool looking on a white bird.

Hmm. I thought one of my girls had a rose comb. Isn't that where the comb is flopped over?

Nope, a rose comb is a breed-specific comb shape. The photos below have decent examples of rose combs. It was hard to find two good shots of hen and roo together.

Well what kind of comb does my one hen have? It's flopped over her head
