Most common chicken maladies?

There seem to be so amny things that can go wrong with chickens. What are the most common things I should watch out for?

Hmmm... lice and mites. Happens to everyone at one point. Cocci seems to be a major complaint as well.

Bugs, worms, cocci, bumblefoot, CRD (which is actually a group of maladies), wounds, laying problems and crop issues. Those seem to be the most common.
