Wow we got FIVE eggs today!! The most yet!! Including this gorgeous blue one!! The other Easter Egger is finally laying!
And yes I know I need to clean the coop lol usually the eggs are perfectly clean
It looks more blue compared to the others. But look how long it is too!
They started laying Sunday March 20th at 21 weeks (Monday) and now they're almosy 23 weeks. We only had 2 eggs that first day. Got 2 for 2 days, then 3 for 2 days, then back down to 2 and a couple times we got 3 or 4 eggs and 2 days ago we got 4, one broken inside and one laid in the run, but mostly the 2 have been most consistent. For a little bit we were getting 3 a day but yeah. ANYWAY. The Easter Egger was the first to lay and then a brown egg later that day. Now the other EE is FINALLY laying and 3 brown egg laying girls. Let's hope production stays steady and we don't drop back down to 2 eggs a day. Lol but at least the first 2 have kindly been giving us an egg every day since they started
