Most friendly or favorite breed?

I don't think the breeds are as important as how and how often you handle the birds. I have had birds of the same breeds where some are extremely friendly and some more stand offish. Just my opinion.

I'm fairly new to chickens, I have a flock of 25 that are about 9 weeks. They have all been handled daily & equally. The friendliest by far are the BR's and BO's, they like to be picked up and scratched, will hop up in your lap if you sit down. The speckled Sussex are close behind. I have one EE that is quite social, will hop up in your lap and chat, but the other two do not like to be held or even touched for that matter, and it's not for lack of trying either. My australorp & GLW's hated to be held as chicks, but are now slowly coming around & have decided that belly scratches are an ok thing.
