Most Intelligent Peep!

I thought this thread was for the most intelligent peep (chicken) . After reading the questions I come to the conclusion it is for the members.

Now I will have to admit I have some smart chickens but their not that smart.

1. Avocado and Peach Cores (not sure if these are right, I'm not the best with treats because we don't give our chickens much :lol: )

2. White Leghorn, Mille Fluer d'Uccles (normally lay white, but the odd egg is cream-colored), and Cream Legbars.

3. Normally one egg, but since they are new, they're egg laying schedules can be off and they will can lay two.

4. I think about 1/4 a gallon.

1: You could try just keeping her off feed for a while and give her full access to grit. This may or may not work. If not as a last resort you could try making your chicken 'throw up' but massaging it's crop while holding it at an angle downward. (Not to confident that I got this one right)

2: For my chickens I'd want like a 10'X10' coop with like a 100' run but I'd guess a min would be 1 square foot per bird(for bantams). That is assuming you have adequate run size.

3: Buff Orpingtons and Barred Rocks are supposed to be pretty hardy.

4: Yes, they love it!

5: White, I believe.
