Most Moderate Climate States/Cities

The San Francisco Bay Area. The climate is great, the people are pretty mellow. The only problem is that EVERYTHING is super expensive. Good luck finding a place to live for under $2500/month, for example.

That's in SF itself. You get outside of SF, and it's very temperate. I lived most of my life in Sonoma County, where it rarely got above 90 and rarely below 30.

That sounds pretty nice! Although still a little cold and warm for me lol it sounds similar to here actually.

Sounds like here, eastern NC.

We have very humid summers, though. And fire ants...
