Most talkative chicken breeds

My Sumatra talk non-stop if we are around. It is most noticeable when I go out on the porch for a quiet phone call and definately once they go to roost at night they all have something to say before bed.

Silkies- Not big on small talk(unless broody or with chicks).
Feral OEGB- Just stares at you.
Sumatra- Never shut up if a human is near.

What other breeds do you all keep that have a lot to say?

My Delawares were the most talkative of the flock. I also have one Buckeye that always seems to be "yelling" at me.

All of mine are talkative. Not naming all of them, but here are a few: Silkies, OEGB, Red JungleFowl, D'Uccles, Orpingtons, Australorps, & mixes.

I've had chatty Orpingtons too.

My little bantam hen Precious is a chatterbox. She talks all day and when we head in her direction she comes running up just chirping away.

One of my Wellsummers has the loudest, most obnoxious squawk I have ever heard. And one of my EEs, the odd little white one, has the highest pitch squawk ever. Kind of like chalk on the blackboard. The rest are somewhere in the middle. These are their complaining noises. But their egg songs are all music to my ears.

I second that, except it is one of my silkies. I thought silkies were supposed to be quiet! She squacks loudly and annoyingly all day long! She is the only one, so I guess it is just chance.
