You can only have 3 hens.
I seriously doubt you can have peacocks.

Oh wah! But like my hubby says. "You can have three!" So that is way better than ZERO! Gotta look on the bright side. The neighbor across the street has a rooster with his hens. He just may be in AG. I must be right on the line.

Cannot sell eggs, chicks, chickens.
Need a permit, coop and run inspected after permit but before acquiring chickens
Run mesh no bigger than 1x1 inch.. coop and run inaccessible to wild birds, rodents. So covered run in mesh 1x1 inch? And run floor?
Wow! Tight restrictions. It even has space requirements AND ventilation requirements.

The fence shall rise at least four feet above the ground and be buried at least one foot below the ground. The pen shall be covered with wire mesh, aviary netting or solid roofing.
