~**Motorcycle Thread**~ For the Biker in us ....

Sillychicken, The best thing I ever bought on a motorcycle was a large windsheild. It has saved my face plenty of times. I dont want to lower the bike at all since we camp a lot and I often carry a load. I am very comfortable on this bike. The center of gravity is awesome. Thanks girls for liking. I do lots of women only rides out of Austin. Husband meets up later and always gets a kick out of seeing a bunch of women on their own bikes. Ahhhhhhh the freedom.

I, for one, am happy to see more women on bikes.

They just need a special license plate or something to tell if they are available.

I have debated and debated on a faring........ but I still like not having one, though I know it can limit my riding some what.

DH had a deuce .. I rode on the back of that thing for a year before I said "Uh, no more. I need my own bike!" .. lol.

then he traded up to a Heritage.

ohhhh! I miss riding. We had to get rid of our Harley when my husband lost his outside income. makes me jealous.

(My husband does make custom leather products, tooling etc. all hand-made, everything from wallets, to saddle-bags, to vests. you name it, he has probably done it. any requests PM me and let me know.)
