I know there suppose to be somewhat loose, but hers look ragid. She is not even the roosters favorite. I'm going to have a hard time getting rid of any of them. They have such good personalities. I cant wait to see them fill out.
Im going to sell hatching eggs. I was thinking 20 a dozen, not totally sure yet at this point.

Some chickens have feathers that are easier to destroy than others. When she molts out her new feathers will be whole until they get ripped again. That is why you won't often see "breeders" in the show pen. They are usually kept seperately until they are done being shown, then put in the breeder pen. **I'm also a sucker for blues**

I wish I knew more too!! I am dumb founded, glad Christina has a little background with the show stuff, even if it was not chickens.
I never got to do anything growing up and would love to bring my kids up in it, sports animals 4H FFA whatever.
