Mottled Houdan masking another color?

The internet does amazing things....

I got hatching eggs from jim parker and then two other guys who had gotten eggs from jim a few years before. As far as I know theres about 7 people who have bantam mottled houdans. Of course I hope theres more but who knows. I don't know why more people don't have them, their awesome birds and I'm fond of the mottled color. Also as for birds in Alaska theres not much variety and very few breeders, lots of backyard egg or meat flocks though. So eggbid and the internet comes in real handy...lol.
