Moulting or being pecked ?

hello. I have recently noticed my buff orp is losing feathers by the barrow load. This has probably been happening for two weeks. I have noticed feathers all over the garden. Mainly smaller ones. I put this down to moulting. She hasn't laid for 3 weeks. It is Summer here in the U.K. And the last couple of weeks have been rather hot. But I've noticed some behaviour I'm unhappy with yesterday and today. One of my other chicks, who is pretty much the head, has been pecking at the orp causing the orp to yelp. This hasn't happened before. The pecking has but not the yelp. Also it has been raining fully for 2 days and thr orp seems to spend a lot of time on her own. this is unusual. any ideas? i have attached some pics.

Why is she all purple on the bottom in the second pic?

Had a slight scabbed wound so used purple spray. Antiseptic and hides the red
