Weak chick randomly opening its mouth HELP!

Hi guys i just saved some random baby chick idk we found it and its really small but has like hair idk what u call it. The problem

Its doesnt eat, i try to give it water like help it drink water it does but just a little bit, his eyes are closed almost all the time, he doesnt move or anything only when i hold him he like pushes himself against my hand( pretty sure hes cold) and when i warm him he just sleeps and now hes sleeping or just has his eyes closed and keeps randomly opening his mouth like not wide open but open enough for it to be weird. Help please

Its a chicken chick. I cant get pictures right now but hes just laying down with his eyes closed. I dont have hot water bottles or a heat lamp

Can you heat water, not too hot and put it into zip bags?
