Moulting??

Hey guys im new to this forum! Is my chicken moulting ? Shes the only one out of ten and tjey may be picking on her ! Any recommendations? Feeling lost ! Thank you ! Lianne - ottawa canada

That does not look like moulting to me and I second CTKen’s suggestion of seeking assistance on the ER Forum.

IS she a naked neck or have they plucked her there also?

She was a full silkie, full feathered. They have picked there as well She also has an extremely crooked beak, someone suggested I separate her and ferment her food.
