Moulting?

So I have noticed in the last week or two that one of my birds is loosing her feathers around her neck. Any suggestions? Is she moulting or maybe lice, and what should i do?

That's where moulting is supposed to start. How old is she? It does sound like moulting. Lice/mites more often show up around the vent or under the wings, although they can be anywhere. They're hard to see, but you can see them or the eggs in good light. There's an article on moulting in our Learning Center.
