Moulting?

I've noticed a lot of my drakes feathers laying around. He even lost a bunch jumping from my front stoop back to the patio. Is it the start of moulting season or should I be concerned it's something more?

He's starting to molt into basic plumage.

@Speceiderhe has mild angle wing on one side, can it be corrected since he'll be losing his feathers?

You can try, depends upon how badly the phalanges are out of alignment. I have my doubts, but you have nothing to lose.
