Mountain Quail prices?

There is an ad on craigslist for Mountain quail for $150 a pair or 3 pair for $400. I have always wanted some of these and I know they are expensive birds but really don't know if this is a fair price or maybe a little high? Anybody know what a pair goes for?

I like to jump into things but geez for that price they are not beginner birds! The price can tell a lot of things.

They Are Very Difficult To Start As Hatchlings... Otherwise Relatively Similar To Other New World Speces In Most Aspects
