mouth open and closing

I have 4 5 week old chicks. One of them will not stop opening and closing its mouth.Do you know why it is doing this or how i could help it? thanks

It almost seems like something is blocking it airflow.

Do they have grit? If eating anything other than chick feed,they need grit.
