Mouth open gasp like motion - no other real symptoms other than older slow chicken

Not sure what’s going on with our older little lady- 5 year old Rhode Island Red. She is walking around eating and drinking ok, but does a mouth open gasp like motion every minute or so. Is this gapeworm? How do I know and what should i do. I’m mad because we are leaving for a week tomorrow night for our anniversary and leaving the hens in care of others I can attach the video because it’s apparently too large.

upload it to like youtube then post the link here, could be respiratory or any number of things.
Check nostrils for discharge, mouth for anything out of the ordinary, abdomen, and vent area and head especially for lice or mites.

Has your flock been dewormed?
any poops off or bloody?
Age,breed and what is being fed?

as don't know where you are don't know environmental to ask about

Is it still hot where you live? If so she could be panting to keep cool. That's what my hens have been doing too, but it was only from the heat. Now not so much because it's cooling down here.
