Move to coop or wait?

Today I'm working on getting rid of the drafts on at least a corner of the coop where one of the roosts are so it'll be at least another day before I start transitioning them. I plan on free ranging them with supervision but I know they need to stay in the coop for a while before I start letting them out.
Take care that you leave enough ventilation, for 15 birds you'll want 15sqft of ventilation at a bare minimum. Poor ventilation is what contributes to problems like frostbite

At the moment there is way too much ventilation, I was more concerned about the heat than the cold and ended up forgetting about my drafts. Here is an oldish picture, there's a roost right in front of that window I'll be putting tin over it for the winter times. The tin on the roof has tons of airflow as well, just kind of over did it 😅

Put my tin on, I spotted a few areas I still need to cover so I'll be spending what I have on more screws and waiting for the shavings. I do have cardboard that I'll be placing on the floor for now so they'll have a little something. (And so I don't have to scrape the boards)
