Moveable pen questions

My hens have a large fixed run, but I'd like to give them access to fresh grass and have way too many predators to free range. (lots of hawks, a few dogs, coyotes in the day time...)

If I were to get a or table run, how do get the hens into it and back into coop?

My chickens come running if I have yogurt or a treat. It would be easy to get them in if yours were trained to come for treats. If you put them in the portable pen an hour or so before dusk they will go right back to the coop for the night once you let them out, right?
