Moved eggs before hatching?

I've kept mine in a big dog kennel with something like a rabbit water bottle low on the door so she can teach them to drink and eat. I put chicken wire over the door if holes were big enough for chicks to slip through. I just grabbed the poop for the first couple of days. Once she gets them trained, she may venture out a little close to the enclosure. I would open it a few times a day when I could. Lock them up safe at night.

Right now they are in an Eglu cube upstairs. I am thinking about making a kennel for them when they are all hatched. There is one remaining egg, and I think it may not be viable. When should I take it away? Other than that, all the chicks are hatched!
I think mama is waiting for the last egg to hatch, which might not be good.
Thank you for your help and advice. Much appreciated. 🥰

Which of those crates do you think is best? I will cover both with hardware cloth where there are openings. Thank you!

Whichever is easier. First one looks easier to cover and less likely for little feet to get stuck. She'll know if the last egg isn't moving and will probably not worry about covering it if is not viable soon. You could put food and a small water dish with marbles in with them now and move them tomorrow if the egg doesn't hatch.
