Moved Rooster out - now hens are fighting!

Great info for those of us learning the intricacies of chicken keeping!

My biggest hen started bullying my small leghorn after I put her back in pen after releasing her from broody breaker. Its been about 5 days now and the leghorn won't come out of the coop. Is staying on a perch until I let her out. She stays out all day by herself bc she will stay close to pen. They all (4) free range about an hour in the morning and an hour in the late afternoon. Sometimes when free ranging the big one will start towards her and she will run away.
I feel like isolating the big one for awhile to see if that helps.
Any suggestions?
