moveing to hatcher

my bator stays right on the money with temp. now on day 18 i will move them to the hatcher for lock down, now here is what i am worried about, the hatcher is varying from 98-101, will the eggs be OK with temp. varying this much in the hatcher, it has a pc fan in it with a wafer thermostat, what do y'all think, will it work?

It should be ok. The temp in mine usually goes up when I add the hot water and after the chicks start hatching. Good luck. Today is also day 18 for my eggs too.
