Movement in air cell = lockdown?

These call eggs were set on the night of 4/17, there is now movement in the air sacs. only two of my original 14 have made it this far. this is my first hatch. should i go into lockdown now? any tips

I don't know anything about call eggs but what's the incubation period??? Lockdown usually occurs a few days before the end of the period!!
