Moving brooder to barn in chilly temps

Suggestion: set up a brooder in the barn, using one or two heat lamps. Then check the temperature first thing next morning. If it's as warm as the chicks need, move them out there!

I predict it'll be fine, but I do suggest checking the temperature for one night before putting the chicks out, just in case I'm wrong.

Great suggestion!!! Thank you!! :)

theyll be just fine make sure food and water are at opposite ends.
They can be together just not under the heat lamps. Opposite sides from the heat. Sorry for the misunderstanding
