Moving broody hen

Is it possible to move broody hen and eggs to different nesting box?

yes, but you don't want to move her to much she might leave the nest for another one.

Would it be best to move her at night? I new to all this!

Moves at night are usually more successful. But wait until she has been sitting for several days, and is very committed.
