Moving chick to brooder

Hi after some advice.
1 of my eggs has hatched today at 11am so I know it’s ok to stay in incubator for 24hrs but I’ve just got 2 later today with external pips on so they are not going to be ready to move with the one born earlier today - what should I do xx

Chicks are usually ok to stay in the incubator for 48 hours, if needed, so I'd wait to move the first hatcher to the brooder until another hatchling is dry and ready to go, too. Best of luck with your hatch!
