Moving chicken eggs to incubator

I want to move some eggs from under a broody hen to an incubator so I can put 2day old chicks under her. I'm not sure how many sitting days the eggs are, about a week to go but not exact, so not sure what to do about the 18 days of turning them. Any ideas anyone?

The first 2 weeks of incubation is the most critical for turning. Do so as frequently each day as possible. A minimum of twice per day but 10 or more is better.
