Moving chickens

I have a flock of show silkies and a flock of egg layers. My silkie rooster is very aggressive and so is the polish I have with the silkies. How would I go about moving him to the egg layer coop? I want to move him and the polish. I have a 3rd coop that I had tried adding juvenile silkies with the older and the polish and rooster just wouldn’t stop attacking them. So I’m moving them with the egg layers because they are bigger birds. How do I go about it? Thanks
