I'm buying a new house and my closing date is the week after my checks turn 6 weeks. The house is around 45mins away from there currently location. What would the the easiest way to move then to the new house?

Hi there, welcome to BYC! :frow

They usually hunker down during this time.. a closed card board box with plenty of holes punched in the top/sides for breathing/light above a good layer of shaving to catch any waste. Don't crank up the music or bake them out and they should be fine.. fairly confined to help reduce shuffling during turns/bumps etc. They should be fine.. offer feed and water before you leave and after you arrive but not needed for that short period. Tuck them close behind the cab or down inside the bed where the wind will not be blasting them if they aren't able go inside the vehicle, mostly blocked/dim vision is preferred for calming like a blanket cover. Hard sided pet kennels also work VERY well if you already have one that will accommodate your group size!

Congratulations on your new home! :wee
