Moving chicks to a coop

I have three red star hens at about 19 weeks old. I bought them from SS last week. They're coming out in the morning and going in at night right on schedule. They went straight to the roosting poles and thats where they sleep. I've put fake eggs in my nesting boxes with straw and i don't think they've even been in the boxes yet. I know it should be any day now when we get our first egg but are there any tips on how to hurry this process along to get our first eggs?????

Mine haven't found or been interested in the nesting boxes yet either. Two have started to roost and the rest just lay together in a pile in the corner of the coop. Today I will rig something to put over the entrance to the boxes just in case though.
