We did it--just the two of us. It's 99% finished. I need to put some screws and washers on the top and work on the poop board a little.
They did not go into it last night, but they have spent the day in and out all day.

I sure hope it's predator proof. I'm actually having "coon" nightmares.

It looks amazing! Sorry you have neighbors that aren't so "wonderful". I told DH that when we get our house...I would like enough property around us to where we won't have TOO much of a problem with neighbors...maybe you can butter them up with farm fresh eggs?! HAHA! Your coop is absolutely lovely and adorable!!!
