Moving ducks and ducklings into enclosure

My duck has hatched a secret clutch of eggs and I have to move them before the end up in a bad way. How do I do this in the least stressful way for them

Is your duck sitting on them? If you move her, there's a chance she'll reject the eggs. The least stressful way in my experience is during the night time when they are out of it. Relocate her to where you want her/eggs. Like I said earlier, there is a chance she will reject the eggs if she is sitting on them, so mover be weary.
