Moving eggs

My eggs are in a small incubator which I was told they would not have enough room to hatch so I brought a bigger one my question is in the small one the eggs are up right pointed end down but my new one shows them on there side I am on my 12th day can I still move them and put them on there side.? after 12 days up right. hope this makes sense.
