if i have a hen that's laying on her eggs and i know they r gonna hatch soon can i pick her and the nest up and move them to the chick pen or should i leave them until they hatch then mover her .

If the other chickens are not bothering her, I would wait until the chicks have hatched. Some hens can be moved easily and others not so easily. At this point in the game, why take the risk that she might be of the latter sort. Good luck with your hatch.

She has been sitting in that spot for a while and she might return to it and abandon her eggs so I would wait. If she is high on the flocks pecking order, which is likely since the other chickens are letting her sit and she is a good (attentive) mama hen maybe you might not have to move her or her chicks out of the coop at all.
