Happy to offer what I can Guppy.

Since you have a bigger flock I think you are on the right path. It will be different o our's though. I think it's safe to assume that if one birds had it, it's in everywhere. It would be impossible not to spread among a flock. A big disinfecting clean out may not be very effective, if it is still among live birds in the run. However, it is survivable. Some birds seem to have a kick butt immune system (like our Latte) that just takes the disease in it's stride. Other's (like our SLW and GLW) got hit pretty quickly.

I can't recall the stats off the top of my head, but not everyone in the flock will go down with it. Some suggest breeding from the strong survivors to build flock immunity, other like us start over.
