Moving out? Too young? Too cold?

My ducklings will be 4 weeks old on 5/21, they can’t be in the house anymore, and they aren’t ready to go out with the big ducks. I am
Contemplating a brooder on the porch, my porch is covered and enclosed on 3.5 sides. The brooder would be 4x4 and critter proof. It can have a heat lamp. This is an outlook for the next week’s weather. There will be a few days that someone else will be taking care of them for me, so I won’t be here to supervise over the weekend.

Any thoughts?

So this is what I have. I put a shipping blanket over the top (not over the light) for the night, thermometer in the cage says 70 something.
