my peacocks/hens are too big for their current enclosure. Will this one work okay? Its 27in tall and the back half will be covered with a tarp. We used to keep chickens in it. What do you do about peacocks in the winter? Move them inside the barn? We have a chicken coop that’s not in use that we’ve never actually put any animal in mainly because it needs a door haha but that’s about to change.

@Esimpson, Can you tell us more about your peas? How many, around how old? If you're not sure, you can post pictures and we can help figure it out.

If they are very young this coop might work as a temporary measure, but only if you can make it predator-proof - they would not be safe in it as is.

Peas need/want to roost off the ground and your pen will need to be at least 6 feet tall (if not taller). And adult peas need at least 100 square feet per bird for comfort. So your 6' by 4' chicken coop will definitely be too small as well.

*edited to add - I see you did post pictures on another thread, thanks. Your birds are definitely too big for the pen you posted pictures of.
