Moving out

I have 4 blue cochin bantams living in the coop and free ranging during the day. 1 roo 3 pullets. They're about 14 weeks old. I also have two Australorps and a Barred Rock living in my basement. Two seem ready to move out but one still needs a few weeks inside i think. I need some advice...how do i go about introducing the little ones to the flock?

what I did with my silkie chicks were put them out during the day with the adult flock and kept an eye on them and at night I would bring them back inside, I did that for about a week or so and then let them stay outside for good, at night we would have to go out and put them in a nest box in the coop then they finally figured it out, our rooster kinda keeps an eye on them !!!

Thanks for the feedback! My rooster is the one i'm most worried about. He could do some damage to the smaller chicks!

what kind of chickens are they ??? with my rooster he protects them !!!!
