Moving pullet question.

I have a boxed cage i was rasing chicks to pullets in. I have about 20ish pullets in the cage. I am in terms with building a Big coop in my back yard. But i have a coop i built that my 6 adult hens stay in. The pullets in the cage are getting to big. So i`m going to extend the fence around the coop with my hens and add another small coop. I need to add my pullets to my flock. So when i finish bulding my big coop i can just add all of them to the big coop. How would be the best way to move the pullets to the pen with my hens?

When it was time for me to put the little chickens in with the big ones I had them seperated but still to where they can still see each other. Keep them like that for at least a week.
