I have two 4 month old pullets inside that got injured during Winter and I decided to keep them inside until the temperatures started to go back up. They were about 2-3 months old when I brought them inside to heal them up. While inside they've been in a room kept around 60-70 degrees.

Do you think they are safe to put back out into the coop with temperatures dipping into the 30's some nights? Are those temperatures too low for birds who haven't acclimated to the outside temperatures?

They will be able to handle those temperatures. As long as they are out of the wind. They may be a little cold, but they will soon get used to it.
