Moving pullets to the coop - tips and tricks?

Yes, I use the "see, no touch" method as well. I have some very large pet cages that I'll put in the run to put the new ones in during the day. I'll do that for 2-3 weeks. On the final day I will move each one of them to the roost at night with the others. Then I'll just keep an eye out first thing in the morning. I haven't had any issues. Just normal "establishing the pecking order" type stuff.
XD

I did have 2-3 week integrations back when my shavers were still around, but my flock this summer have just been the most accommodating I've ever seen them. First batch, 6 4 week old chicks took 4 days... Then 5 turkey poults.. 3 days... Also added two solo hens separately - 2 days for one and 4 for the other. I know eventually someone's gonna turn into a jerk, but really taking advantage of this 'peace' while I can.
