Moving to ireland

Ih wow that's amazing! When do you expect to move in?
It really is amazing
Well they haven’t even excepted our offer yet, so who knows really but hopefully by the end of the 6 months it will be ours (although the first place we were going for took 7 months and we still didn’t have it)

20 acres! And a beautiful landscape. 💚

Looks like a great place for your family and all the animals too. No rennovation needed?
It’s 84 acres! But yes a beautiful landscape. It has 54 acres of hilly moor land and 30 acres of good grazing.

There is some renovation and modernisation needed, the roof and gutters need replacing, the wall paper needs removing and some of the flooring needs to be changed but we could move into the house when we first got there, it doesn’t need renovations before moving in

I have been following along. Good luck with your move and animals my friend. It will be an adjustment but I am sure you will do just fine. May God watch over you and your family.

What a wonderful news!
Congratulations!

We just left.
That’s the last time we will leave there, with it being our home.
It’s really sad. I have absolutely loved living with them.

We went to our friends in west cork earlier with the dogs and ducks. Our friends said they would watch the dogs for us (I am a little worried but it has been so much easier not bring them back and forth).
We are on our way back to west cork now with the caravan and cats.
We will be there at 9 which is so much later than we had originally planned but anyway not much we can do about it.
We had a tearful goodbye with my aunt and uncle.

When we first got to Ireland we had only met my aunt once before and now I am introducing her as my aunt! And their little one I call my little cousin.

My uncle is not my blood relative, he was my dad’s best friend from when they where 18. And my aunt we only know because she is partners with my uncle.

I am looking forward to getting to west cork, getting back to the dogs and ducks.
We have pretty much not been separate from the dogs since we started this adventure, so it is incredibly weird then not being with us. I am sure they are looking forward to seeing us.

I will keep you guys posted

We are one minute away.
It is 10 now even later.
The cats. O My God they where bad. I don’t know if you have ever heared a cat scream but it is like if you cross a cat meow and a baby scream and then turn the volume up so loud it goes straight through my noise cancelling headphones. Oh and also add some very stinky cat poo to the mix. They didn’t go to the toilet once on the way to Ireland which was like 8/9 hours when we first came and they had litter trays. We take them on a 2 hour journey and decide not to give them litter trays and guess what they poo. I mean it is ridiculous!

one of the cats is also currently lying in said poo so I have to give him a bath when we get there!

Also I have a rowing group tomorrow morning! I am going to be so shattered (I am not sure if I will go but I will if I can)
